Toby AuWerter

Toby joined Endeavour Vision in 2020 and currently serves as an investment director, focused on medical technology, digital health and diagnostics investments. He has been part of the deal team for investments in Kenbi, Willow, Kestra and HealthJoy. Toby currently sits on the board of Nalu Medical.

Toby brings a decade of experience with medical technology companies across corporate strategy as well as commercial and R&D strategy and operating experience. Prior to joining Endeavour, Toby spent three years as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He led engagements across corporate strategy, due diligence, commercial strategy, R&D and portfolio strategy, market access, and product launch among other topics. Toby focused on multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, oncology, spinal disorders, and gastroenterology, among others. Previously, Toby spent three years in several sales and field engineering roles at St. Jude Medical, supporting cardiac ablation procedures and cardiac rhythm management device implants. He also spent over three years in multiple field operations and R&D focused roles at Juventas Therapeutics.

Toby holds a B.S.E in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University as well as an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
